Upon the execution of the project, appoint a dedicated client manager £¨TAM¡ª¡ªTechnical Account Manager£©as the full range communication channel with the client to provide various technical service and consulting. The client should also appoint internal specialized personnel for contact to ensure the mutual communications will not be interrupted. TAM will solve various technical problems proposed by clients as soon as possible. During the service period, TAM will come to the client information technology headquarters twice a month to conduct onsite system condition assessment and maintenance, and provide related technical consulting and recommendations. These services cover most contents which many clients are not able to accomplish independently and need help urgently.
